The inno­v­a­tive approach is to map all ele­ments of the food val­ue chain in a func­tion­al and spa­tial pro­gramme (from sow­ing to sell­ing), which should lead to effi­cien­cy gains. The mul­ti­func­tion­al build­ing will be extend­ed for uses that will be open to the pub­lic — for grow­ing their own food and for events.

Great impor­tance is attached to the democ­ra­ti­sa­tion of ver­ti­cal farm­ing in this project. Users will be giv­en the oppor­tu­ni­ty to pro­duce their own food all year round.
