The human cen­tered approach needs to be inte­grat­ed into busi­ness­es to deliv­er val­ue to peo­ple and plan­et in every func­tion by pri­or­i­tiz­ing trans­for­ma­tive social impact while ensur­ing finan­cial sustainability.
