DFS - inno­va­tion lab is Aus­tri­a’s largest inter­dis­ci­pli­nary plat­form for the dig­i­tal­i­sa­tion of the con­struc­tion and real estate indus­try. Togeth­er with our part­ners, we devel­op dig­i­tal inno­va­tions for greater sus­tain­abil­i­ty and efficiency.

DFS sup­ports com­pa­nies in the con­struc­tion and real estate indus­try with their dig­i­tal­i­sa­tion projects. We pay par­tic­u­lar atten­tion to SMEs. We pro­vide com­pre­hen­sive infor­ma­tion about the pos­si­bil­i­ties of dig­i­tal­i­sa­tion, help to build dig­i­tal skills and pro­mote the devel­op­ment of for­ward-look­ing and sus­tain­able work process­es. We com­bine knowl­edge from research with mar­ket expe­ri­ence and thus sup­port the prac­ti­cal ori­en­ta­tion of all inno­v­a­tive measures.

Our ser­vices are aimed at all com­pa­nies in the con­struc­tion val­ue chain - from plan­ning and con­struc­tion to oper­a­tion. We show how dig­i­tal solu­tions work across all phas­es and sup­port our part­ners and cus­tomers in the col­lab­o­ra­tive devel­op­ment of require­ments cat­a­logues, new solu­tions and stan­dards. Dig­i­tal Find­et Stadt acts as a cen­tral and inde­pen­dent link between con­struc­tion-rel­e­vant net­works. In this way, we facil­i­tate pro­fes­sion­al exchange on the top­ics of dig­i­tal­i­sa­tion among all par­tic­i­pants: Com­pa­nies, research organ­i­sa­tions, insti­tu­tion­al soci­eties, asso­ci­a­tions, cham­bers as well as fund­ing bod­ies and politics.
